ORDER STATUS

Can I check my Order Status?
Confirmation email will be sent to your email address immediately.

Once we’ve dispatched your item, another email will be sent to you with the tracking number Alternatively you can log onto your account on and check the status of the order.

RETURNS & REPLACMENTS

Goods sold are not returnable. Unless if it is a defective product, then we will replace the product for you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Malaysia, Australia, Canada, and United States. If your country doesn't appear, do contact us when you want to make a purchase.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?
Sorry but we cannot ship to PO Box addresses as all our shipments require a signature upon receipt.

Mode of Shipment
Malaysia - Pos Laju / ABX / GDex.
Rest of the world - Fex Ex International Economy

How long will my package arrive
Typically 2-4 business days. For more information, check the FedEX FAQ

What is the maximum I can order
Typically about 5kg for Malaysian orders, 2kg for International orders. Note that there maybe custom duty and restriction imposed by your country. Customer is responsible to settle these issues.

Do you accept Malaysian Bank Transfers (Maybank2u)?
Yes, we do. Please email us for the Bank Account information.
